Ape Escape+FC30PRO PAD

Hi everyone, does anyone know how to set the analog sticks on my fc30pro ( Or on other pads, I think it's the same thing ). When I go to pad settings, it just shows me how to set for ex: the triangle, the circle etc.. then below it's written Leftup, Upright, Rightdown. I've tried in all the ways, but analog sticks don't work. Same thing if I try to play with Ape Escape with virtual pad, it just shows me the left analog stick and not the right one, even I set the map mode. Sorry if it's the bad...

Sound stopped randomly FFVII

I have been playing for about 30 minutes (not including having to reconfigure the file locations so that my game would load properly). I had just gotten through with the battle with Ifrit and I was grinding at the beach so I could obtain some of the GF abilities. Seemingly for no reason, the sound cut out. All sound, no music, no SFX, nothing. Everything worked fine until this point. and I wasn't using a sound plugin. Any advice?
I should also mention that I've tried to restart the program and...

I've got ePSXe 2.0.5 configured with Pete's OpenGL2 GPU Core 2.0.0, a SCPH1001 BIOS file (not the HLE), sound is ePSXe SPU core 2.0.0. Video configuration settings are set to the "Fast" default, but I keep making changes (I'll describe those in a second). (My specs are at the end of the post)

At one point I had Chrono Cross running on this emulator without issue. I'd also been playing Crash Bandicoot 2 on it fine as well, with the "Fast" default settings and not really having to mess with...

Can't run the game LSD

I use an Acer Nitro 5 an515-51-56uo gaming laptop. And I have tried many different roms and configurations to no avail. I am using the Ken Castle version of ePSXe and it's 1.7.0. Is there a certain config or version I should use? I have tried the newest version and I have tried all in ones, like bios, plugins and all that jazz. All my other computers before this ran it just fine out of the box.

so I have for different copies of space griffon vf-9 and I am having the same problem with each one. the game freezes on floor 8 when you enter the room to turn on the power for elevator number 5. I have used epsxe 1.7, 1.8, 1.9 and 2.0 and I am getting the same result with each emulator and with each iso. also the game freezes on floor 5 when you try to trap the monster and also when sending and receiving communications the picture of who is calling or being called appears as well as other...

Hello all
Back in feburary I installed Epsxe 2.0.5 And i wanted to play metal gear solid. so i did everything correctly and it ran perfect.
I use the same computer as when i did feburary. I installed epsxe (same ver) and did everything correctly. same game. And when i played the game, The cutscenes glitched. it has parts of the last screen before the cutscene happened. And in codec calls the box where it says pptt and codec frequency glitches. I changed options and still the same thing.

Controller issues with Suikoden 1

I'm playing Suikoden 1 using the newest Epsxe. I'm using my PS2 controller and I USB adapter bought awhile back.

At the beginning of the game, when I type in the name I want to use for my character, the left or right buttons do not work. If I enable the analog sticks, the sticks are way too sensitive to be of use.

I have the settings to "Nice" and I used "Direct Input" then I used Digital, Dualshock and Dualanalog. They all have the same problem.

Legend of Dragoon game play sped up 10x

So not sure what to do with this one but the opening cinematic looks great, but things go off even at the main menu, where all the sounds are sped up, jumbled, and not in sync with your actions also the intro replays after maybe 8sec. But if you are quick you can start the game, once again the cinematic looks great but once you get to the in engine game play everything is sped way up maybe 10 times or so.

Hello. Lately the emulator just doesn't want to run any game. I'm using the 2.0.5 version of ePSXe with the ePSXe GPU core 2.0.0. video plugin, it almost never gave me problems (except once, when it didn't accepted Direct Input controllers but I fixed it, i don't remember how).
Now, after installing Visual Studio the emulator doesn't want to play games for much before crashing for no apparent reason.

After exactly 12 seconds loading a playble stage, also.

I have a pretty good computer. I never had this issue the last time I did a full playthrough of FF8. But randomly when playing the game, the game will just have really bad framerate. It will drop to like 2 FPS.

If I shutdown EPSXE completely, and restart the game, it will fix the problem. But it will come back shortly afterwards. It seems to happen more often when I use escape to minimize the game. But it will ALWAYS happen even if I do not do that. Just playing the game, it happens....

Mega Man Legends voice cutoff

I've been trying to fix a particular problem with Mega Man Legends - voice acting seems to have the first split-second or so of it cut out. It doesn't seem to affect cutscenes, just in-engine stuff. I've been testing all kinds of plugins and settings all day and nothing seems to work! The worst part is I swear I had this problem squashed a while ago - I just don't remember what I did. Help!

Megaman Legends 1 Glitch (Help needed)

I've been wanting to replay this game for awhile now, but I hate all the back n forth.

So I used some cheats and got all special items, normal items, special weapons etc etc.

Once you find Gramps with the mayor and go back to roll, there's a small glitch I've been experiencing.

Roll: "?!"

Megaman then gets launched into the air and if he does hit the ground he bounces and go back up. Sometimes you can land back where you were, just higher up, and walk down, othertimes it's an infinite loop....

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my thread

Im having difficulties with the Epsxe and pretty much other emulator except for PSXFIN , I try to load up Medievil 2 and it just stays on the loading screen, I have tried almost every Video, Sound, Cdrom and BIOS and it just freezes up on the loading screen, I even tried to configure them but nothing works. Then I booted up my windows 7 VM and was able to play the game with no issues using the previous ISO file and Epsxe emulator, I...

Memory Card Trouble Vagrant Story epsxe 2.0.5

I'm playing Vagrant Story on epsxe 2.0.5 and whenever I load items from the box, that "the memory card is not inserted properly."

I've browsed the forums/google and they recommend to press F4 to reset SIOIRQ; sadly this version uses f4 for controlling frameskip/framelimit. Also searching around, I came across the cmd argument -forcepad , but this does not solve the issue. Also I read that the memory card and savestate was changed so I'm out of ideas.

Please help!

Hi guys, playing Valkyrie Profile on ePSXe 2.0.5. Things were for the most part going smoothly, a few stutters here or there but nothing the game couldn't get past. Well, I hit the Lezard Valeth fight and it's completely shit the bed, see below:
